Ashleigh Christie's Story
Ashleigh Christie is a collaboration among several businesses and over 75 artists and consigners. We also have a special collaboration with the White River Museum that provides rotating exhibits, books, and individuals who donate antiques sold to benefit their work.
We have everything from gourmet food and gluten-free items, hand-painted glassware and snazzy aprons to home decor, arrt gallery space featuring local artists and consigned pieces. We also have a consignment clothing area called "ReBlooms". You will find some very special baby gifts, including handmade bibs called "Whoa Baby". More recently, we've expanded to of Meeker-branded clothing and decorative items for visitors to remember us by! The store is truly changing every day.
Featured Artists
Jay Sullivan is a nationally known artist who specializes in the wildlife of Western Colorado, represented in pencil. Jay has both originals and prints available.
Stephanie Penman is an artist who resides part-time at her local ranch. Her work features local animals and birds in acrylic.
Cynthia Duff's unique painting style is well known across the western states. She has both giclees, artist proofs and prints.
Christy Whitney, the store owner, is one of the featured artists. She has had the opportunity to study with Claudine Hellmuth, Jonathan Talbot, and Gayle Gerson and attended classes at Anderson Ranch in Snowmass.
Pottery and floral design are also featured.
